June launch for weekly food planner to accompany number 1 bestseller
Published by Bluebird on 13 June as a £9.99 paperback, the six-month journal from the authors of Pinch of Nom 'gives you everything you need to chart progress, plan weekly meals and reach your goals,' according to a statement on their behalf.
'In March 2019 the Pinch of Nom debut cookery book broke publishing records, becoming the highest non-fiction single week of sales ever. Now, to accompany their Number 1 bestseller, the Pinch of Nom team have devised this beautiful food planner to help fellow slimmers stay on track.
'The book is set out in a simple format with diet diary-style pages that are easily adaptable to your personal slimming guidelines. To give you more pages for writing up your goals and food plans, this book does not have any photographs of the recipes, however you can find them on the Pinch of Nom website. Instead the book is beautifully designed and illustrated with line drawings.
'Whether you want to keep track of calories, jot down your shopping lists, record healthy treats or celebrate key achievements, this book is designed to help you stay organised and motivated. It also has twenty-six exclusive Pinch of Nom recipes – all delicious, full of flavour and designed to keep you full and satisfied!
'The Pinch of Nom Food Planner is the perfect tool for tracking your weight-loss journey and is packed with advice for keeping to your goals and stories from Pinch of Nom community members.'
The Pinch of Nom site was created in January 2016 by a chef and a restauranteur from near Liverpool – Kate Allinson and Kay Featherstone – with the aim of teaching people how to cook. When the pair decided to lose weight, they began sharing healthy, slimming recipes and motivational posts.
Pinch of Nom then built an online presence, with over 1.4 million Facebook likes, a closed Facebook group of 832,000 members, and over 500,000 Instagram followers. The announcement of their debut Pinch of Nom last September sent it to the top of the Amazon chart on pre-orders.
In its first week on sale in March, Pinch of Nom broke records selling 210,506 copies and becoming the fastest selling non-fiction title ever.
