The Random House Group has announced promotions for Faye Brewster and Ed Christie. Brewster becomes Deputy Managing Director, CCV, while Christie fills Brewster's previous position as RHG Deputy Group Sales Director.
Brewster, who joined RH from Penguin in 2001, takes up her new role on 2 March, with responsibilities including the Marketing and Publicity departments headed by Roger Bratchell and Christian Lewis respectively. She reports to CCV MD Richard Cable.
Christie has worked at Transworld since 1989, and is at present Sales and Marketing Director for Transworld and Random House Children's Books. He will divide his time between RHG's Ealing and Vauxhall Bridge Road offices, and will report to Group Sales Director Garry Prior. His move means that Janine Giovanni, Transworld Marketing Director, will report to MD Larry Finlay, and RHCB Marketing Director Barry O Donovan will report to MD Philippa Dickinson.
