Arrow - which last week launched Glenn Cooper's debut novel Library of the Dead, a high-concept thriller based on the notions of pre-destination and fate - has acquired rights to a further two conspiracy thrillers from the author. Arrow will publish Cooper's third thriller, The Tenth Chamber, in 2010, with a fourth in 2011. Kate Elton, Publishing Director, agreed the contract with Simon Lipskar at Writers House Inc. Cooper's second outing, Book of Souls, is scheduled for February.
